- For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations there may be additional time required for these orders to be shipped.
Order Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, we will send you tracking number via email. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email Jackie@tabinix.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
- Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
- All garments are subject to inspection which may take up to 5 business days.
- If your return is a result of an tabinix.com error or defective product, we will refund the cost of the original shipping chargers.
